Return Costs
Defective or Incorrect Items – Free Return Shipping
If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, the return will not cost you anything. We cover the return shipping fee in these cases.
Change of Mind – Customer Pays Return Shipping
If you decide to return an item because:
- you ordered the wrong product,
- the item doesn’t fit, or
- you simply no longer want it,
you will be responsible for the actual return shipping cost. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Restocking Fees:
We do not apply any restocking charges.

Pack the product securely in its original box and include all accessories, documents, and tags. -
Return Shipping
You will receive detailed return instructions in our authorization email.
Drop the parcel off at the designated carrier location.
Refund Process

Once your returned item arrives at our facility, we will check it to ensure it meets our return conditions.
Refund:
After approval, we will issue your refund within 7 business days.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take an additional up to 7 business days to appear on your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you would like a different size, colour, or product, contact us and we will happily assist you with an exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
